We are honored that you have taken interested in pursuing a high school diploma here at Summit. We offer a variety of classes as well as extracurricular activities. There are a few steps you will need to take in order to officially be part of our wonderful family.

New student enrollment is conditional upon completion of a reading and math placement exam, completion of a student enrollment packet and items listed below and a student/parent orientation with an administrator. We will assist in making copies of your original documents for our files at the school.

You will need to provide the following:

      • proof of current immunization record
      • birth certificate unofficial transcript from last high school attended or 8th grade certificate
      • withdrawal slip from last high school attended
      • attendance and discipline report from last high school attended
      • custody papers (if applicable)
      • Individual Education Plan or 501C plan (if applicable)

Once the placement exams have been complete and all necessary documentation have been submitted, an appointment for orientation will be made with one of our administrators. The administrator will review school policy and procedures, as well as review your unofficial transcript and answer any of your questions.

If you would like to request more information regarding enrollment or any other matter, please call our office at (602) 258-8959.
